Diabetics at Jamba Juice:

Eating good food at the right time can control your blood sugar, also stop you from craving wrong sort of food. Jamba Juice offers drinks in three separate sizes: 16, 24, and 32-ounce. You can choose the lowest serving size and cut down on sugars and calorie intake. If you're diabetic and concerned about the sugar intake, then you can opt for the smaller 9.5-ounce smoothies available for kids at Jamba Juice.

Foods to Avoid at Jamba Juice for Diabetics:

Jamba Juice is primarily known for its highly satisfying and nutritive smoothies and juices. Almost every smoothie and juice item on the Jamba Juice menu contains sugar. Diabetics are recommended to opt for smaller serving size while ordering at Jamba Juice. Also, avoid opting for creamy treats as all the smoothies offered in this category contain a load of sugars.

Keep the sugar content below 50g per meal at Jamba Juice and ensure that you don't follow it with a heavy meal. A small size regular smoothie is equivalent to a meal for everyone. Classic smoothies at Jamba Juice are also heavily loaded with sugars. Stay away from that section if you are a diabetic.

The burger was amazing, but 2 fish dishes were served barely warm (Salmon and mahi). Stick to the burgers.... Also the happy hour is only served at the bar... Just not at par with it's priced competitors.

Food here was very average. Chef is not very friendly on A Sunday. Kobe burger was below average. Sorry about this one guys but my friend and I both had it and thought it was just OK

I love going to jam! It's one of my favorite resteraunts in Rehoboth. The roasted beet salad is phenomenal. Cullen, Scott, Brandon, Colin and drew always provide excellent service. Their outdoor patio is great on a nice day! Five stars for sure!

Stopped in for lunch on a hot July day. I admit, a nice roomy air conditioned space already had me at a high review level. I had the classic Caesar salad with fish of the day (Salmon). It was exactly as it should be, and the fish and romaine were both fresh and tasty. My friend had the grilled chicken sandwich, which looked delicious. It was on a toasted brioche bun, which I tasted and loved. Like a less-sweet donut, as brioche should be. I'm very pleased. (-:

Love sitting outside always. Great staff and very nice wines by glass list. The burger is amazing, this time I had the beet salad with the fish of the day-tilapia. It was fresh and excellent. Came back the next day with a friend and we shared had henomenal soft shell #crabs mmmm! Tis the season! Served atop micro greens drizzled with a truffle oil vinaigrette and julienne vegetables & pommes frites--artful amazing dish

Such a fun menu. Local as much as possible. Food is excellent. Service is the best in Rehoboth. They make their own infused liquors and these are highly recommended.

I cannot recommend this place enough. The food and service are excellent. I have eaten here three times in the past week and at least 10 times this summer. Standouts include the wilted spinach salad, fish tacos, and the short rib cheesesteak. If there is a pork dish, just get it. You will not be sorry.

A mixed review for Jam... there were very high marks for excellent cocktails, but the food was just okay. Torn between a three and a four, I decided to round up. First, it's a very cute spot close to the beach. There are a ton of items on the menu that I'd love to try because they sound amazing, and they have outdoor seating as well as a nice bar area inside. This is obviously what brought us in. I ordered the Strawberry Lemonade, which has strawberry-infused vodka, fresh-squeezed lemonade, and a strawberry jam. I would never have thought of the last ingredient, but wow, it really made the drink! So, so good. All of the other people at our table raved about their cocktails as well. Prices seem adequate and there was no shortage of alcohol. On to the food... I ordered a shrimp salad BLT, which was served with fries. I opted for the truffle and parmesan fries (duh!), and they were amazing. The shrimp in the shrimp salad were good, but not amazing. Small and almost overcooked. I think I'm a seafood snob, so maybe I just have high expectations. My boyfriend had the grilled fish tacos, and sadly, he hated them. They're served with buffalo slaw, which my boyfriend found to be way too spicy (almost overpowering), and he said the tilapia was hard, as if it were frozen. He had plain fries with the tacos and did find them to be good, though. I also had a bite of crab cake that was on the spinach salad (ordered by another at our table), and thought it was okay but nothing to rave about. One person had the Kobe beef burger, which my boyfriend tried and thought it was one of the best burgers he'd ever had. Sort of a hit and miss, I guess. All in all, the food was decent but not the reason I'd go back. I would definitely stop here again for pre-dinner cocktails or just to sit outside on a nice day and throw a few back!

A midprice restaurant, about $25 a plate. Service with an attitude, no substitutions, mediocre food. A couple of my friends love it, I don't know why, that's why I was there. I will not go back

The highlight of the experience was the amazing service! I feel like as soon as we ordered something it was at our table within seconds. The food was also amazing, especially the Mac n cheese... Which sounds weird to say about Mac n cheese but trust me this is some gourmet Mac n cheese. The only thing I felt jipped on a little was the tiny amount of wine I got when I ordered a glass of Riesling. Idk maybe I've just been spoiled by generous pours in the past...

I have dined at a majority of Rehoboth's restaurants, and my experience at Jam was second to none. I had the braised shortrib with trufffled mac and cheese and garlic broccolini, but also tasted the salmon and shrimp and grits. Both the shortrib and salmon were cooked to the perfect temperature without having to specify to our waitress. The atmosphere was perfect for a small family. I was joined by my parents, but maybe not for smaller children. The waitstaff was attentive, but kept a distance. I would, and will, gladly dine here again.

Went last night for dinner, started at Mixx but they were having an a reception and it was noisy and packed. Good for them. It not for us. So my party crossed the street. We were seated asap and Jamie was our server. She handed out menus and a wine list but didn't give us any of the Thursday night bistro special menus. I got up and got two. For $19 for two courses you can't beat it, everyone in my party had the mushroom ravioli. Delicious but only two each. I made ravioli in a class in KOP last month and I think three wouldn't have killed them. They were good though so maybe that's why I really wanted three, my mom had the catfish with dirty rice and really enjoyed it, I ordered the petite filet wrapped in bacon with mashed potatoes and green beans. I asked for rare and it was tender and perfect. My dad and husband had the duck. It had a lot of flavor and stuffing and carrots were also quite good. It was a little tough but still a very nice dish. Dessert were a brownie with ice cream which was ok and the special peanut brittle bread pudding, very good. We liked the decor and Jamie was a very nice server. I would eat here again anytime!

Jam Bistro was awesome! I went with about 15 20-something girl friends for a civilized bachelorette dinner party. The staff were flexible and accommodating, moving tables together when we asked for a different seating than they'd prepared (and they were prepared for our 700pm reservation). We had a few different servers who helped with drink orders and bringing food/drinks and all were informed and attentive. Our waiter did a great job summarizing the specials and was quick with the cost when asked (I guess I'm used to restaurants being cagey about this, but it was appreciated!). Four orders of appetizers (two calamari and two edamame guacamole) were provided, gratis. Very nice! The main courses came out hot and delicious, all at the same time. Everyone truly enjoyed the food. The table got the crab cakes, chicken under a brick, flat iron steak, salmon, shrimp and grits, braised beef shortribs, mushroom orecchiette pasta, and kobe burger. Everyone had great things to say! I had wine but other girls loved the specialty cocktails! Overall, I'd definitely go back for a nice but not overpriced dinner. The prices were fair considering the quality and portions. Plus service was well above average!

The Kobe burger was the best burger I've ever eaten before. Everything they put in the table was amazing. The staff was friendly and the drinks were delicious. My mouth is watering now thinking about that burger. Might have to make a trip down to the beach soon just to visit Jam

The chicken under a brick was great. The Mac n cheese was very but not warm. The steak was chewy, the baked beans were hard. Sadly not a great experience.

Great Friday lunch. We had salads with blackened chicken. Fresh and tasty ingredients. The chicken was flavorful and tender. Ladies at the next table also seem to have enjoyed their meal although they commented the lamb gyros were a bit fatty. The only complaint was that the fries were only warm. As tasty as they were they would have been great if they had been served hot. Service was attentive. Enjoy Jam!!

I am writing this review a few days late, as I thought maybe I would feel differently but alas, I do not. My fiancé and I went to Jam on Saturday night for my birthday. I was very excited to try Jam; I thought their menu looked tasty and some of the other reviews were quite positive. The restaurant was (relatively) empty yet the hostess sat us next to a table of 10 people who were clearly enjoying themselves and were quite loud. When I asked if we could sit at a quieter table she snatched the menus of the table, rolled her eyes and stomped away to yang a 4 top-table apart to make a 2 top for us (DIRECTLY next to the door to boot). She threw the menus and silverware down and walked away. I was so appalled at how rude this woman was. I apologized AGAIN and asked if it was a problem to which she just shook her head at me as though I was a child. Seriously, I almost walked out. The server was pleasant and offered some great suggestions. We started with the pork drummets- terribly dry and the slaw was soooo spicy. My fiancé then had the bacon wrapped meatloaf which was fantastic. Absolutely delicious. I had the chicken under a brick which I wanted to love but it was bland, bland, bland and swimming in oil. The fettuccine was so under cooked and more than half of it was sticking together. I was so disappointed with the food and service. I have been coming to Rehoboth for over 20 years and this is truly the only time I have been a bitter betty. Maybe the next patrons will have a better experience. I for one will not return.

We had a fantastic first visit to Jam this week. Excellent service at the bar, great happy hour selections and a fantastic cozy atmosphere. Will absolutely return and am happy to have a solid place to go when in town. We enjoyed the crab variation on the fries (which should really be called Old Bay as there is no actual crab meat) but is nonetheless delicious. The Short Rib Nachos were simply amazing and full of flavor and very well constructed which I find is a rarity in the nacho realm. The wine selection was great, a lot of variety both by the glass and the bottle and a great deal during happy hour at $2 off the glass price. Thank you for a seriously perfect time, guys... a great addition to the Rehoboth dining scene.

Tonight was our first time visiting Jam. We had seen Jam last year when we dined at Eden and thought it looked interesting. So tonight we decided to give it a try. We were lucky enough to get a seat outside by the gardens. The tables are a little small, but they did the job just fine. You could tell the staff was busier than they expected, but that did not effect the quality of the service at the table. Our server was very courteous, and the food and drinks came out in good time. I had the steak and my wife had the cheese and broccoli soup and house salad which were both very good, We did hear a few apologies for problems to tables around us, but our experience was what we were looking for; a relaxed atmosphere with interesting and well done food. I would recommend Jam and look forward to returning.

3 of us came here for dinner after seeing they have 15 15.00 entrees. When we arrived we were told no dinner until 5pm but we could sit at the bar. We opted to walk around town a bit and come back. We started off with a rice ball appetizers with peas inside. Pretty tasty and 3 giant ones for 8.00. For our entrees we had the sirloin steak which was cooked rare as i ordered it, the duck and also the short ribs. With the sirloin i asked for au gratin potatoes instead of the garlic mashed. they only had enough for the special of the night which was fine. They did give me mac and cheese for a small upgrade fee. It was nice and creamy and garlicy. The steak was a little chewy but a nice flavor. I did not try the duck but the bf cleared his plate. The short ribs were also good and my mom cleared her plate even the kale which she doesnt like. There was nothing left on any of our plates. We then shared a pecan bar with caramel sauce and vanilla icecream with bacon bits. Very rich but perfect for 3. Our waiter was very pleasent also. I am sure we will be back several more Sunday's to work our way down the menu.

Great food for the beach. The lamb kabobs were tender and flavorful. Accompanying grilled vegetables were excellent. Tzatziki sauce was full of flavor and they had an excellent riff on tabouleh. Broccolini, which I had never had before, was great as a side dish. Beet and goat cheese salad is a highlight. Kobe beef burger was tasty and well prepared. Several riffs on french fries are available. Didn't get to try any but they all sounded very good. Very impressive array of wines and craft brews. I can recommend the Smuttynose IPA. Jam has infused spirits as well. We walked in without reservations without any problem on Memorial Day weekend. I will definitely go back for a second meal.

This was a horrible dining experience. The service was horrible. There was a fish special that sounded wonderful, beautifully described by the server--yet he neglected to mention it was a whole fish--served head on, full of bones. Now, I would think that would be a relevant detail. The fish came, completely over-cooked, totally dry and nasty. The chicken and waffles, also completely over-cooked, burnt dark brown batter, chicken so hard and dry. Even the waffles were horrible, so dry you could not swallow. The $12.00 martinis were totally forgettable. Overall just a bad, bad experience. We heard such great things about this place and were very disappointed.

A rare 1 star review from me and I ask, what's the point of having a RESERVATION if you have to wait 45 minutes for your table? We'd made reservations for our party of 6 for 9:00 on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend because we knew the restaurants would be busy. Arriving just before 9:00 we were offered tables either inside or outside and were told twenty minutes for the table outside. We knew that was highly unlikely since the people had just been served their main courses, but the very charming host/server said so with a straight face and invited us to have drinks right next door at Eden and they'd come and get us when our table was ready. When waiting for a table for dinner, there really shouldn't be any discussion of having a second round of drinks because getting the table ready shouldn't take that long. What I love is when you've just gotten your drink and you have to hastily settle up the bar tab because the table is ready sooner than anyone anticipated. But there we were finishing our second round of drinks when we decided to go inquire if our table was ready yet, and it was. I'm sure they were just about to come and get us, right? Eden is the very upscale neighbor to Jam with the same owners so standing in the bar waiting, and watching all the food coming to the bar area and the attentive service, I somehow duped myself into thinking that's where we'd be dining. Silly me! We were taken back to the very loud Jam and seated outside at a table farthest from the front of the restaurant and I swear our server just forgot us out in no man's land. Dining outside is usually a major plus for me, especially on a warm summer night, but there was no ambience in what felt like an alley back to a storage area. There were no plants, no wall fixtures, no subdued lighting, just bright, glaring light bulbs that meant no one would have a problem reading their menus for lack of light! The kitchen just didn't quite have its footing on this holiday weekend. But how a restaurant can handle the busy times is the only measure of how capable it really is. Customers still might leave happy if comped a bottle of wine or free desserts even on an off night. However, there was no acknowledgment that we'd waited a long time for our table, that things were so prolonged between courses, and certainly no mention as to the server's lack of attention in making us wait to take our orders, bring our bottle of wine, give us the check, or take the payment. We had other restaurant options too but had had a very nice dinner last summer at their old location right across the street, so we went in thinking it was going to be a good night. The food here is actually pretty good but unfortunately overshadowed by the poor service. The burgers and fries got great reviews from two of us and I liked my lamb kebab. The edamame guacamole/hummus was a good app and everyone also seemed to like their salads. The fruit tart for dessert was also really good. Pity the whole evening started at 9:00 and ended at 11:40 with 6 very dissatisfied customers.

Excellent place. Just east of Eden. Great food, good beer on tap and in bottles, and great, small, intimate atmosphere. HIGHLY recommend, especially when everywhere else is so packed.

A great place for lunch - slightly upscale, which fits those special days at the beach. The GM at Eden did a great job launching Jam - Danielle Panarello is a gem in the Rehoboth Beach restaurant scene!! And such desserts, too! We'll try dinner there soon, to see if Jam deserves a fifth star...

A good friend and I spent a lovely few days at Rehoboth Beach and Jam had an interesting menu so we gave it a try. The young woman who took our order was pleasant and efficient, but that is where it ended. We had no silverware, and when it was given to us, it was sort of thrown on the table by some guy flying by...no acknowledgement of our presence at all. The tables were being cleaned by somebody using a spray bottle of something.... The food was ok; the Barrel-cut steak was tender and cooked perfectly. What was so incredibly bizarre, is that this restaurant has a policy to NOT SERVE BREAD! Gazpacho (not icy cold but room temperature) without some bread? A caesar salad with no bread? Say what? WE asked two servers there if this could be true and one finally said that they were told if they were to serve bread, the prices on the entrees would have to be increased. I've been going to restaurants for 50 years and I have NEVER heard anything so ridiculous. Sorry, Jam, but bread should come with meals...

We went there last Friday nite. They just moved to their new location so I will forgive some of the glitches (this is a bigger space so I think the wait staff was still adjusting) but this is a LOUD restaurant...acoustics are really bad...the doors SLAM shut in the front and back...we had a gaggle of gays ( no disrespect meant) at the table to the left and their cackling was intrusive to our conversations at our table. Food...had better but it was solid. I wish my chicken was more memorable, but I will say the lemon infused marinade was tasty...It was a little dry...and the potatoes were dry also...the capreze salad I started with was very good. I will give this place another shot because the service was overall good and I like the location...and even though it is loud, it is a good looking restaurant with outdoor seating.

Food was pretty good. Really enjoyed the main course and the cheesy potato app. However the wait staff ruined the meal. Not friendly or courteous. There were excuses for every part of the bad service and hanging out at the bar with friends was a priority. Clean up the service and the place has potential.

I'm going to give this place 5 stars for various reasons. The service was exceptional, the food was the most delicious I had on vacation, and the location was great with outdoor seating. I couldn't decide on an entree so I started with the Roasted Baby Beet Salad and then tried the French Fries with Truffle Oil/Parmesan, and the Shrimp Dumplings. My husband had the Steak Frites and for someone who "eats to survive" haha...he really liked it. Can't wait to visit Rehobeth again, mainly to eat at Jam!

Bistro? Not really. Food is 2 or 2 1/2 out of 5. Duck con feint was dry and way overdone and way too much salt. 1/2 baked chicken was tasteless (great fried chicken is found at Yardbird on So. Beach in Miami. Taste that and know good chicken w/ flavor). Service is good and wine list while pricey, is good. Not likely to eat there again.

A pleasant dinner was spoiled by the attitude of the manager. We arrived for dinner a little before 7, and signs at the door and on the tables advertised Happy Hour drinks 5-7. When the bill came, no discounts. The waiter said Happy Hour is only at the bar. We suggested that the signs ought to say that; the manager was polite enough but made it very clear he wouldn't do anything for us. Really? Do you want to antagonize customers who are spending $90 for dinner over $4 discounts on drinks? Well, that's exactly what Jam did. The food was mostly very good, but soft shell crabs were soggy. The atmosphere left something to be desired; the bar noise was competing with the classic rock tunes played in the dining area. Would have been a 3-star review if it hadn't been for the attitude. They won't be seeing us again.

Had a really great dinner with family here this week. It's not Eden but it's almost there.

I went for brunch and can't complain. The French Frys were great a must if you here.

The portion sizes were ridiculously small. Small, as in my 14-year old son complained about the size of the hamburger when the waiter put the plate on the table in front of him. Small, as in we were all starving when we finished our meals. Small, as in i have never been served a meal this small in a restaurant ever. Small, as in the wait staff were embarrassed to put the plates on our table because they knew this was a crime. The service was not that great. We had to wait for a very long time before we finally received our meals. I wish I had a second helping, but for $20+ per entree I expected to get more food.

We recently stopped here for a couple of pre-dinner drinks, and I was really impressed with the cocktails they had to offer! We went during happy hour, and all of the cocktails were $5 (martinis were $8). Jam makes their own spirit infusions - a pineapple ginger limoncello was especially delicious. They also incorporate homemade jams into their cocktails (...and it just now occurred to me that the restaurant's name is Jam... wow) - the concept of that weirded me out at first, but I was completely wrong - the cocktails were delicious! We also had a hummus appetizer which was excellent. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an upscale but reasonably priced happy hour.
